About Us

About Connected Recovery Inc.

A DHCS-licensed, Joint Commission-accredited addiction treatment center providing personalized detoxification and residential treatment in a safe, supportive, and clinically excellent environment.

Our Mission

Connected Recovery Inc. was founded on August 21, 2021 with a clear mission: to provide compassionate, evidence-based addiction treatment in an intimate, boutique setting where every client receives the individualized attention they deserve.

With just 12 beds across two neighboring homes on Hamlin Street in Van Nuys, we intentionally keep our program small. This allows our clinical team to develop deeply personalized treatment plans, build genuine therapeutic relationships, and create a true community of healing — something that simply isn't possible in larger, institutional facilities.

We serve both men and women struggling with substance use disorders, providing a full continuum of care from medical detox through residential treatment, with comprehensive aftercare planning to support long-term recovery.

A Comfortable Environment Designed for Healing

Our facility consists of two neighboring homes at 14940 and 14942 Hamlin Street in Van Nuys, California. Each home accommodates 6 clients, for a total of 12 beds — deliberately small to preserve the intimate, community-oriented atmosphere that supports genuine healing.

Both homes offer comfortable, well-appointed living spaces where clients can feel safe, respected, and supported throughout their treatment journey. Private and semi-private rooms, shared common areas, and outdoor spaces create a residential environment that feels like home — not a hospital.
